Charitable Organizations We Support

Prudence Crandall Center

Each year, the New England Payroll Conference chooses a local charity to support. Through raffles held at the conference, the NEPC has collected $3,695 for it's conference charities over the last 4 years. This year we are focusing our fundraising efforts on Vermont Paws & Boots.

About Vermont Paws & Boots!

Vermont Paws & Boots Service Dog Program is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was established to assist our Military Veterans and First Responders who have sustained various disabilities through their service to our country and communities. Vermont Paws & Boots partners rescue dogs with individuals and trains them to work together as a team. By doing this, the two will create an inseparable bond and unbreakable trust that will allow them to both thrive again in their communities.

Historically, Vermont has the most deployed military personnel and fallen veterans per capita. National studies have also shown that First Responders can be equally affected by the trauma they are exposed to on a daily basis. Because of this, it is the goal of Vermont Paws & Boots to be an ally and valuable resource to all those in need, both two and four-legged.
